Good luck finding such a wheel for under $50. If you shop around locally-garage sales, thrift stores, craigslist, that sort of thing-you might be able to score one of the Logitech Driving Force wheels. The original isn't particularly notable, but more likely to fall within your budget than the Driving Force Pro or Driving Force GT (though I have seen a GT sell for $50 on the local craigslist once). All of them are PC-compatible despite PS2/PS3-centric advertising-just install Logitech's game controller drivers.
