Quake Ii Windows 10

Luckily, I managed to find a package on eBay including Quake 1 & 2 retail versions and all mission packs. Of course, they're PC versions, but with the 'Fruitz of Dojo' Quake converter, I'm able to play Quake 1 & 2 on my iBook. A friend of mine extracted the two folders 'xatrix' and 'rogue' from the Mission Pack CDs for me (as I am very untalented with computers), I moved the 'xatrix' and 'rogue'-files from Fruitz of Dojo into the folders. Question is: How can I access these folders during the game in order to play the mission packs?
